Biozenic ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on biozenic.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a request through a form on this site (a walkthrough, a gift order or a workshop), we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
We also measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and to limit repeat abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and deliver what you ordered. If you are a client or have asked us to keep in touch, we may send you occasional news and offers by email, and every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who else handles it
Requests are stored and delivered through the service providers that run this site (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and an email delivery provider). They handle the data only to provide those services to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Write to [email protected].
